It has dual 5 pin male plugs, suitable for power recliners or lift chairs with two motors, with 4 butterfly-shaped buttons that control the backward and forward of the head cushion, as well as the open and close (raise and recline) of the chair. The switch can replace the JLDK.15.08.27 and JLDK.15.08.04 switch, please only order it when the switch has the exact same model number.
